"I am the MIS for an engineering firm, and fortunately don't have to call support very often. I have called ARCOM twice in the last few days, and once about a year ago, and I can't believe how courteous and knowledgeable your staff is...ARCOM, thanks for the excellent service, the good staff, and having a PERSON answer the phone rather than forcing one to go through all that "Press 1 for x, 2 for y, etc."
